Landside only — terminals and official car parks
Gatwick has two terminals: North Terminal and South Terminal. We attend landside passenger and staff parks. We cannot go airside, onto stands, or into restricted airfield areas. If the vehicle is in a landside short stay, long stay or valet park, we can usually reach the bay once you give us the park name and a locator.

Lost keys after a flight
The usual Gatwick call is a driver who flew out, came back, and cannot find the key — or finds only a damaged fob. Lost car key replacement is done at the vehicle where the make allows it. We cut and programme a new key on site in most cases, including all-keys-lost jobs. You do not need a spare at home for us to start, though a remaining key can change the job (spare versus all-keys-lost).
If the key is locked inside, start with vehicle opening. Non-destructive entry is the default. Once the door is open we can recover the original key or, if that key is broken, move on to replacement or key repair.
